  • Deal information, screenshots, or structured inputs you upload

We do not collect consumer credit reports, borrower personal data, or lender credentials unless you explicitly provide them.

We use your information only to operate and provide the Service, including to:

  • Answer questions you ask about uploaded documents
  • Analyze deal structures against lender rules
  • Improve system reliability and performance

Your documents are used only to serve your dealership’s usage of getBo.

3. Data Isolation and Access

  • Uploaded documents are dealer-scoped
  • Only you and authorized users at your dealership can access them
  • We do not share documents across dealers
  • We do not publish or resell uploaded content
  • Your data is not used to train public or shared AI models

4. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security practices to store and protect data, including access controls and secure infrastructure.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required for operational, legal, or compliance purposes.

You may request deletion of your data, subject to reasonable limitations.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your information.
